Trendbazaar Return & Refund Policy

At Trendbazaar, we aim to provide the best shopping experience to our customers. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any orders. All purchases are final.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform us within 7 days of delivery.

• The product will be replaced (not refunded).

• Proof (image/video) of the damaged item is required.

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. Size Exchange Policy
If you ordered the wrong size or the size does not fit:

• You can request a size replacement.

• A fee of Rs. 300 (delivery charges) must be paid in advance.

• Once charges are received, the product will be replaced with the correct size.

4. Conditions for Return/Replacement

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Tags and packaging must be intact.

• Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products (not reported within 7 days)

• Items without original packaging or tags

• Products purchased on sale or discount (if applicable)

6. Process for Replacement

• Contact our support team with your order details.

• Share clear images/videos (if damaged).

• Once approved, you will be guided through the replacement process.

Trendbazaar reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
