At Trendbazaar, we aim to provide the best shopping experience to our customers. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any orders. All purchases are final.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform us within 7 days of delivery.

The product will be replaced (not refunded).

Proof (image/video) of the damaged item is required.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
3. Size Exchange Policy
If you ordered the wrong size or the size does not fit:

You can request a size replacement.

A fee of Rs. 300 (delivery charges) must be paid in advance.

Once charges are received, the product will be replaced with the correct size.
4. Conditions for Return/Replacement

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Tags and packaging must be intact.

Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Used or damaged products (not reported within 7 days)

6. Process for Replacement

Share clear images/videos (if damaged).

Once approved, you will be guided through the replacement process.
